0.300mm inner hole, 40mm length, soft material(copper), the plum blossom hole was sucessful by HG Precision

We HG Precision got an offer from Customer to make 0.300mm inner hole, but not a perfect circle, is a R0.05 quincunx shaped hole.

At this monent, even high precision wire cutting/hole drilling machine, can't make so deep hole, because this is the soft material, and electrode is also copper wire.

We want to apply propose, but customer feedback the original drawing. Basing on the old design, we had meeting to discuss it, and change the new process, first time was failed.

The 0.300mm hole, 40mm trial again and time went fast, until Sun. As the project sale, if the last time can't make, we have to ask customer to change the order items. But as customer place great hopes on us, we have to try better the final test.

Per engineer require, first to make the jig to support the hole drill, soon is Sunday afternoon, start the 0.300mm hole maunufacture again, after hours and until midnight of Sunday. The 0.300mm, length 40mm copper pin was sucessful. The pin gauge test is OK!

This 0.300mm inner diameter, and length 40mm, copper material, but not perfect circle was made by HG Precision, everyone say no one can make, but final we made it out that is amazing.
